Adult Culinary Class: TBD

We will have 2 classes in February with our new resident chef Jared Posocco. Chef Jared comes to us via a’VERT Brasserie in West Hartford. Formerly of Bar Bouchee, he has been trained in French/American technique and works closely with the farm in producing local and seasonal cuisine.
The first class will be on Wednesday, February 3rd at 6PM.
The second class will be held on February 24 at 6PM.
Both classes are $60. Registration and payment are required in advance. Classes are held at 605 Greenhill Rd., the red house.
