Bourbon Dinner

Join us for a very special farm to table dinner on February 3, 2024. We’re kicking off this year’s dinners with a menu prepared by Chef
Jesse Powers of  The Beamhouse in Glastonbury. Tim Ratta will be creating complementary bourbon cocktails to pair with each course, including unique selections from FourRoses, Yellow Label, Blanton’s, Old Pepper, and Jefferson Distilleries. As always, desserts are provided by Hen and Heifer Bakery in Guilford, which feature local fruits and dairy products, often from our farm.
