We will have 2 classes in January with our new resident chef Jared Posocco. Chef Jared comes to us via a’VERT Brasserie in West Hartford. Formerly of Bar Bouchee, he has been trained in French/American technique and works closely with the farm in producing local and seasonal cuisine.
The first class will be on Wednesday, January 13th at 6PM. Easy Sunday brunch- in this class, participants will learn basic omelette, popover, and a frittata recipes, as well as the preparation for spectacular home fries.
The second class will focus on stocks and soups. Stock and soups basics- learn basics on making a chicken stock, turn it into an amazing broth and a few soup ideas to make from this broth. This class will be held on Wednesday January 27 at 6PM.
Both classes are $60. Registration and payment are required in advance. Classes are held at 605 Greenhill Rd., the red house.
