We are thrilled to announce that Branford native Chef Joel Gargano will be cooking on the farm in July.

While holding positions as an educator, Joel has been cooking in professionally for 15 years. He has worked in several top kitchens in New England such as Chez Pascal in Providence, RI, Union League Cafe in New Haven, CT, Bar Bouchee in Madison, CT, Millwright’s Restaurant and Tavern in Simsbury, CT and more recently, at Lincoln Ristorante in New York City.  Joel also made quite an impression on the media by participating in some cooking competitions on the Food Network and Bravo. He was the winner of Rocco’s Dinner Party and a contestant on Chopped as well as Cutthroat Kitchen.

We are so excited to have him at our kitchen for 4 to 5 course farm dinner featuring a variety of Field House Farm and other local farm selections. As always, wine will be paired specifically for the event for a complementary tasting from Madison Wine Shop.

Please join us on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 6 PM. The price is $120 per person. All reservations can be made online here.
