Wine Lovers Delight Dinner

Field House Farm is thrilled to welcome Chef David Borselle, Jr back to our kitchen on Thursday January 23 at 6PM. Chef David and I started this dinner series together while he was the head chef at Bar Bouchee, but hasn’t been in our farm kitchen to cook for us since this summer. In the interim, Chef David has worked tirelessly to open his own French restaurant, a’VERT Brasserie, in West Hartford Center. Chef David will be presenting a field to table dinner in the same format as our other dinners, but we will be focusing on a higher caliber of wines to compliment Chef’s amazing four to five course menu. The evening will wrap up with dessert from Hen and Heifer Bakery in Guilford, as well as an after dinner drink selection. This is a very intimate gathering in our farm kitchen and has limited seating. Please call or email for reservations. This special evening is priced differently from our regular farm to table dinner series and costs $150 per person.
